It's kid friendly with children of all ages. Neighbors are friendly. We are very close to everything. The YMCA is on this same street several blocks down. We are close to the Harbor Freeway (110) which is totally convenient. We are close to shopping centers, parks, churches, and restaurants. It's a nice neighborhood, has been since 1997.
