    Almost 2000 sqft of Highland Square living space, completely remodeled and updated inside and out between 2017-2019. This home is perfect for busy professionals as well as young families. The exterior was repainted in 2019 and brand-new, wide, composite stairs lead to the deep, full width, front porch and century old, 15 beveled light front door. There are all new, matching, stainless steel, Whirlpool appliances including a counterdepth, side-by-side refrigerator, top of the line microwave, 5-burner gas range, and whisper quiet dishwasher. Loads of storage and pantry space in the new, white shaker style cabinets which are topped with finished, natural birch butcher block countertops. The first floor, full bathroom was also completely renovated from the studs up and the new, large format, tile floor runs from the bathroom, connecting passage, and throughout the kitchen area. Otherwise, the original wood floors downstairs have been carefully repaired, restained, and refinished. The comfortable first floor bedroom, across from the full bath and stairs down to the side entry landing, is currently used as the owner's "man cave" but is ideal for the family member who doesn't care to ascend stairs to any of the other three, 2nd floor bedrooms or even the fully finished attic. The front living room runs the width of the house and encompasses the front entryway, decorative fireplace, and stairs to the second floor which has been newly recarpeted. The new, full-size washer and dryer have been relocated to the 2nd floor hallway adjacent to the home's other full bath and ingeniously hidden behind a doorway facade made from the original built-in linen cabinets. The master bedroom has a dressing area that leads to a private entrance to the wholly remodeled and re-footprinted bathroom which can also be conveniently accessed from the hallway. The original, century old porcelain, skirted bathtub was refinished and moved under a window and a shower was added. The double vanity is actually an antique dresser modified to hide the plumbing for the two vessel sinks and faucets. The toilet itself was discreetly moved to the corner alcove of the bathroom. The floor's remaining two bedrooms are nicely redone and repainted.
