Complex has pool, hot tub, clubhouse, park, dog park, and basketball court. No smoking or pets. Background check required on all occupants over 18. If there is a past felony, renter will need to show good behavior since and evidence of employment. Just because you have a felony on record does not necessarily mean you will be excluded. Last 2 pay stubs required. Income must be 2x rent. Two warnings regarding infractions (noise violation, pets, smoking, trash on balcony, drug use, using facilities outside of posted hours, etc-this is not an exhaustive list) and an eviction notice will be issued and deposit will not be returned.
