Hi, I have a room for rent that's separate for you but shared bathroom and kitchen. It has a bed in it. So you don't need to bring the bed. Kitchen is shared with 6 cabinet spaces reserved for you. You can cook any time. I am look for friendly, clean and responsible house mate. Pay rent on time, we clean everything after we use since it's a shared setup. Long term lease, there is swimming pool and it's really a nice area. Shopping is so close, neighbors are so nice, close to highway etc Utilities included in $1150 and high speed Internet s free. I will give you unit number once you contact me from Zillow. Room is upstairs and very quiet. Only one bedroom and shared kitchen, living room is not shared except for taking stairs. No smoking, party, drinking, shouts, noise from music or other services after 10pm. Any activity that is listed in HOA documents will be questioned by the association management as well. Clean and super careful. I just bought the condo, I took pictures and if you damage anything I will charge for it.
