Utilities are included in the rent (Internet, water, electricity, gas. This is a SMOKE FREE home and no pets are allowed. There is room in the garage for one vehicle, otherwise you can park on the driveway. This home is available from early May until October only. This is our home where we live the rest of the year. We hope to rent to those who will treat is as if it were their own by keeping it clean. The home will need to be accessible to a house cleaner (paid by owner) once a month on a pre-determined schedule.
