This is a lovely home in a fantastic neighborhood. The neighbors watch out for one another and are all long time home owners. Both John Steinbeck Elementary school and Everette Alvarez HS are within walking distance. All 3 of our children attended these schools. The elementary school has marvelous teachers and an amazing Art program. The PTO is also fabulous,hosting fun family events throughout the year. Our home is no a corner lot and boasts large front & back yards. There is also a play structure complete with swings, a slide and a fort. We hate to sell our home as our neighbors have become family and we have created so many warm memories here,however, we need to move closer to grandma & grandpa at this time. This home is a gem. We have owned it since 1989...it is a lovely place to lay roots!
