I just moved into a big house...looking for a couple of housemates to share the space. The house is located at the Spring, TX 77379, east side of 249 fwy, off Louetta Rd. From the house, 2.3 miles to 249 fwy/HEB/The Vintage Park, 1.5 miles to the Wholefoods market. Lots of shops/restaurants on the Luetta Rd. Very safe neighborhood you can take walks in the community after dark. 2 mins walk to the big community pool/club house. $600 monthly rent includes wifi and trash. Water, gas and electricity are shared between housemates. You have access to the kitchen, living room, as well as the big backyard/patio (you can do gardening if you like:). The house is pretty empty right now(the furnitures in the pictures are no longer there) I will furnish it ASAP. You can bring your furniture if you have, but not required. I am a female professional in my 40's, quiet, keep it to myself mostly, but friendly and open minded when it's needed, respectful of other's space. No smoking, no drugs, no wild party or any funny business here. This place is for quiet and respectful people. A note regarding the COVID-19(and the mutants) situation, despite the vaccinations, I would still prefer to rent to someone who is aware of the potential risk and willing to take good preventative measures (i.e. washing hand often & wearing a mask whenever needed etc)to protect herself/himself from contracting/spreading virus...so if you are not willing to take these measures...I will not be able to share the house with you.
