The home also features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, an air fryer, microwave, and coffee maker. Enjoy relaxing in the spacious living room with a fireplace and large TV or using the dining area for meals or working from home. This home offers a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere and is ideal for a clean, respectful roommate who values a comfortable and drama-free living environment. Shared spaces are kept tidy, making it easy to feel at home from day one Utilities (water, sewer, trash, electricity, and high-speed Wi-Fi) are included for normal household use. The room is fully furnished and includes exclusive use of a full bathroom (aside from occasional guest use). In-unit washer and dryer are available. The home is shared with the homeowner and four friendly indoor cats, so applicants must be comfortable living with cats (no additional pets, please). Single occupancy only. No smoking or vaping inside the home. No illegal drugs. No overnight guests without prior approval from the homeowner. Because this is a shared home, I prefer a tenant who works outside the home rather than remotely. Looking for a clean, respectful, responsible tenant who pays rent on time and helps keep shared spaces tidy. Background, credit, income, and rental history will be considered.
