The building is surrounded by landmarked blocks in the famous garden city. We are working on installing a roof garden, but that plan has not been fully approved yet (we are getting quotes). The building has a pre-war feel with high ceilings, but is built post-war elevator building. The building has a new elevator and recent renovations. The neighbors are great, and there are building parties every year. It is dead silent (at least most of the time). Spacious, blindingly bright. You will love your new home.
