Third floor living space. Space is for 1-2 people only. Only bill that needs to be paid is the electricity bill. I pay for the water bill. Good neighborhood with supermarkets,and pharmacies close by. For any more question call me! Owner pays for the water. Renter pays for the electricity and other amenities they need like internet. The Lease is yearly. No smoking please. Up to 1 small pet is allowed. Parking is limited to 1 space at the back of the house. If any problems arise call me first and I'll come to inspect and fix the issue. For policies just be respectable to the other tenants a floor below.
