We are selling our summer place in Vermont! This is a great opportunity to be close to Malletts Bay on the Vermont side of Lake Champlain. Our unit is a 2008 Kropf model, one bedroom, one bath, single wide mobile home. It has great space with the kitchen located at the front, followed by an area for dining and the living room. The bathroom is in the middle with the bedroom at the rear of the unit. The kitchen features great storage above and below, a gas stove/oven and refrigerator. Most of the kitchen items will stay with the unit including, dishes, flatware and accessories. The dinning room table and two chairs will stay. A sofa and recliner chair will also be included. The bathroom has an abundance of storage for linens as well as clothes and the standing shower is quite large. Great light above the mirrors and "standard" toilet, for all the comforts of home. The bedroom has room for a queen size bed and we added small corner shelves for phone charging or holding trinkets. The generous closet will hold clothes for multiple people and a small wooden dresser sits under the window. The bedroom flooring was upgraded to hardwood. Malletts Bay Campground is family friendly with a pool and playground at the front. You can do laundry in the front office and there are extra bathrooms and showers at the front and rear of the property. It is open from May 1st to October 15th, so you can enjoy Spring, Summer and Fall in beautiful Vermont! We installed a tank-less water heater and there is a 200lb propane tank at the back of the unit that Suburban Propane will service and fill. The HOA fees are paid yearly and include your electric, water and WiFi. Property taxes will run about $175 per year.
