We are located near Falmouth Heights & the Island Queen. Picnic tables, beach chairs, folding beach cabana, BBQs, flat screen TVs & WiFI are provided. There is a large pond behind the house with a scenic 2 mile walk along the shore of Great Bay. Public beaches with lifeguards are a 5 minute walk away. We have owned this house since 1983 and operated it as an Inn until 2012. We are currently renting the 4bdrm townhome and living on the other side. The rental unit has 1 bedroom/ bath and a sitting area on the first floor and two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bath on the Second floor and an additional Vineyard View Room and sunroom at the front of the house with a separate entrance, full bath, and a queen and twin bed. This room is great for part of the group that wants privacy. Ask about renting just two or three bedroom
