this a nice remodel house in a ideal place where it at out city limits but still close to shops , stores few mins to hi/wy 412 , it easy to heat and cool, had spilt/heat and cool unit and tankless hot water heater no heating gallons of water all the time, no small children , it suitable for older people dew to lowcation next to other older renter , please answer a few question for me before shown property , this is house location out side of Alamo .TN house is not furnished dose have cook stove and refig. renter paid for water , Electric Renter pays for water and electricity , no pets allowed unless agreed different ? no more poeple then what on the agreement .
