Apartment B is on the right side of the duplex. Each apartment has an open layout for the kitchen and living room on the ground floor, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. There's an extra living room space upstairs along with the other two bedrooms and second bathroom. APPROXIMATE ROOM DIMENSIONS: Living room = 11'1" x 17'11" Bedroom #1 (lower left) = 9'4" x 8'10" Bedroom #2 (lower right) = 9'4" x 8'9" Bedroom #3 (upper right) = 9'4" x 8'10" Bedroom #4 (upper left) = 9'3" x 8'9" Upper living room = 12'9" x 9'3" This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. Any window A/C units in the unit belong to the tenants moving out. Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat.
