Wonderful 2 bedroom 2 full bathrooms condo in a Jacuzzi Villa at St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort. We have 2 pools, 1 large unheated with a bath house complete with restrooms, lounge chairs, patio tables and chairs, and 1 smaller, but good size heated pool with lounge chairs. We are a short walk through the parking lot to the ocean with a private walkover with gated return with beach code when returning to the resort. We are walking distance to restaurants, the St. Augustine pier as well as many boutiques/shops. Our condo is a very sought after Airbnb with continuous bookings as well as return guests. It is very lucrative and has paid for itself since we have owned the condo. We have new stacking washer/dryer unit, new dishwasher, new air conditioner, storm door on the entrance, all windows replaced in 2016. This has been our retreat by the sea and we have enjoyed owning it with so many memories made.
