I just quit my job to travel the world until March and I'm looking for someone to take over my apartment during that time. The reason the rent is so below market is that I'd like to keep the option open to briefly crash on my living room couch in between my travels. I might just be gone until March, but if I decide I need to head back to SF for anything, I wouldn't be back for more than a week a month. I've been in this apartment for over a year and I'm in love with it. About it: - about 900 sqft - super well located in central North Beach (walk score of 94!) - just 5min away from the core of North Beach (my favorite neighborhood in the city), but still not in the middle of the loud hustle and bustle it's very quiet - lots of restaurants around (Chinese, Italian, Japanese, Indian, Ethiopian, Mexican ) - walking distance to public transportation, Washington Square, Fisherman's Wharf, Coit Tower and China Town - fully equipped kitchen - large dining area to host your friends - hardwood floors - spacious living room with lots of sunlight, 65" smart TV and Apple TV - study with large desk, ultrawide monitor, and sectional couch (perfect spot to curl up with a book) - in-unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher - fiber Internet at 180mbps - tons of storage space (there's a basement just for storage that's about 150sqft and is 90% empty) About me, in the event that we overlap a bit: I'm a 28 y o French guy. I'm taking a break from the tech company I worked at for 5 years to go travel and figure out what's next for me. I'm very clean and orderly and I love reading and playing video games. The rent is $2,900 per month, plus $100 for Internet, gas and electricity. No more than two people, no partying or smoking. The place is available immediately up until March 1st, but I'm flexible on the dates HMU :) Tenant responsible for gas and electric.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
