Home is almost exactly the same as 19620 Wheelbarrow Bend except for extended patio and hot- tub Zillow estimates at $762,400 and 19540 Wheelbarrow Bend Zillow estimates at $783,000 while mine is estimated at $668,700. However mine has upgrades after closing including a whole house generator, motorized screen in lanai, custom walk-in closet in Master, epoxy floor in garage, wood floor in office, motorized shades on main windows/doors, upgrade lighting including chandelier in foyer, under/upper counter lighting in kitchen, custom glass backsplash in kitchen plus other upgrades the others don’t have. Why is mine valued at $100,000 less these comps???
