The home sits on an acre of forest with a rushing creek in a private canyon road with only 3 other homes in the canyon. It was designed by an architect in 1970 and has very large windows with a beautiful, massive view on the opposing canyon wall. We live in between big and little Cottonwood Canyon. Within 20 minutes (and no stoplights) you can get to four world class ski resorts (two in each canyon). In summer the mountains are gorgeous, full of meadows and lakes, deep forests, moose, elk, deer, and hundreds of species of wild flowers. Lift serviced and remote mountain biking trails. You will have the place to yourself and it is rented furnished. We have two amazing hikes right behind the house (no car needed). There are caves and mineshafts to explore. Both follow water all the way up for miles. Renter responsible for all utilities including snow removal (plowing for private road) during winter. Our criteria is simple: someone with a good credit score that is responsible. Also, no drugs or smoking. We don't discriminate based on anything else.
