We had the electrical and plumping professionally checked. There are two bedrooms. The front bedroom has bay windows, with new thermal windows. The master bedroom is spacious and can easily accommodate a king size bed. The master bedroom is vaulted. There is a nice walk-in closet. We remodeled the master bath with double vanity sink and walk in shower it is vaulted and spacious. The floors are solid and have two year old Armstrong Tranquillity Resilient Flooring throughout the home. The front bathroom is marble tile. The addition is wide plank pine flooring. The mobile home is being sold furnished including appliances and washer & dryer. Monthly lot Rent of $400.00 includes ..Pool, water, and daily garbage pickup. Power not included in lot rent. There is a community building which can be used for events and the park sponsors many winter activities, including a walking group, bingo, pot luck dinners and Sunday breakfasts.
