I’ve made many improvements since purchase and am able to move soon or allow a rental period before closing if it fits with your needs. This condo community is a short drive to Disney parks, Seaworld, Universal Studios and a few blocks west of International Drive and within walking distance to Walmart, Whole Foods, Dr. Phillips Hospital and its supporting medical offices. This would be an ideal home for a medical professional or anyone wanting to work at nearby parks. It is a family community with popular schools also nearby. It is not rented and is homesteaded. The association allows a 7-month lease and a copy must be provided to the HOA before a tenant can be approved. But this would have to be in conjunction with a purchase agreement since I’m not trying to rent on a long-term basis.
