Enjoy your meals while taking in the view from the large windows in the dining area of the kitchen, or into the spacious family room. Your guests will be wowed entering from the main entry when they see the stone fireplace with an extended hearth and the tall ceiling. From the hallway guests can access the jack-and-jill bathroom, with a bedroom on each end. There are 2 single sink vanities, and then a separated toilet and tub/shower room. The large master bedroom has a "His and Hers" bathroom and closet set up. The one to the right has a vanity with single sink, toilet, large stand up shower, and ample closet space. The one to the left has a vanity with single sink and it's own closet space. From the family room AND the master bedroom you can access the fully paved COURTYARD in the privacy fenced backyard. Turning just around the corner from the courtyard is the in-ground POOL!! In the garage, there is an additional "kitchen" area with it's own electric range, dishwasher, and sink (black fridge has been removed) with a pass thru window to the courtyard. If entertaining is what you love, this is the house for all the things summer fun! Tenant pays water/electric/gas, and a $100 monthly pool maintenance fee (professional provided by a local vendor), and is responsible for all yard maintenance.
