Recent : The garage was renovated into another room, the garage is still there. It’s more of a closet now, but you can take down the bedroom wall and open the garage back up. Built an extra room at the back of the house, extended and raised the front porch , added a back porch and side porch. New gate was added to the side of the house. Tile was removed from the interior , and colored concrete was poured . Stairs are now hardwood as well as the other rooms. Both bathrooms have been renovated. Currently adding a balcony to the master bedroom, and taking down the stair wall to open the space up.
