Walking distance to New Seasons, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, the library, the river. Easy access to public transportation; easy on-street parking. I work full time, I'm an early riser, and I enjoy being outside whenever possible. No smoking. Utilities included. You are responsible for cleaning your own room and bathroom. I would love it if you have a dog that's a good playmate for my 3-year-old lab!
