The home has an attached garage and driveway (garage is primarily used as tenant storage for bikes/skis/ etc. RV's, trailers, boats, or anything alike are not permitted to be parked around the house per Hoa rules and only one car is allowed per tenant. Please note, we require proof of income as well as renters history, no cosigners please. None of the current tenants have pets, we can allow for one cat but please let us know.
