Our cottage was built in the '40's as a fisherman's retreat. We have restored it, but without canceling its original character: tin roof, Florida pine floors and open rafters. It is a small and simple retreat for one or two people. The freshly rebuilt dock, directly on the Lagoon, is suitable for a shallow draft boat or for just sitting and enjoying the birdlife and sea creatures. Closed storage under the house, for geer, kayak, etc. Renter is responsible for electric usage, cable and lawn care. References and deposit required
