The unit does not have a balcony, but each floor of the complex has a large community balcony with chairs . Utilities included. Last month's rent due at signing. No pets, including no emotional support animals. No smoking except in designated areas on the property. Credit and background check required. Unit is available November through March with a minimum 20 day stay.
