Standard one year lease. No smoking. We are pet friendly, but it depends on what kind and how many. If approved, there is a separate pet agreement, a pet deposit and monthly pet fees associated with animals. We do check references and background. The only thing that we pay is the trash. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, water and sewer; then, of course, phone and cable/internet if desired. Tenant is also responsible for lawn maintenance.
