The side yard of the house is included with the room, and comes equipped with a kitchen space (microwave, stovetop, and fridge.) Also included with the room is one parking spot at the front of the house. Light, water, and waste are all included within the monthly renting price. No smoking allowed inside the premises, guests are not allowed to stay overnight, no parties allowed, and please be mindful of noise level. Tour hours and rent price is flexible.
