We're looking to sub lease our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 1150 sq ft apartment in Morgantown Wv. There are no pets aloud unless it is a required service animal or emotional support animal with doctors notes and animals paper work. You can have fish, and other caged animals such as gerbils or birds. They have to remain caged at all times. The apartment is near University Avenue and Ruby Memorial Hospital it is $760 a month. It is within walking distance of Ruby, MCD's, Pizza Al's, Subway, Kroger, IHOP, Anytime fitness, and much more. Rent includes everything but electric, our electric bill for what we use is usually ranging between $30 and $60 a month depending on the time of the year. You have electric baseboard heat throughout the apartment and one AC unit in the living room. There are fans located in both bedrooms, the living room, and the dinning room and the bathroom has a ventilation fan. There are two windows in the largest bedroom, one window in the smaller bedroom, one window in the dinning room, and the living room has a sliding glass door with an 11x7 private patio. In the kitchen you have the refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and a garbage disposal, that are included in the rent, and stay in the apartment, no other furniture is included. You can received two parking permits for two vehicles if you need them. The apartment is ground level with one parking lot handy cap accessible. For the second parking lot you have to go up a small flight of stairs and down a large flight of stairs to reach it. The laundry room is right outside the front door, it is coin laundry, with three washers and three dryers, and a large utility sink. It is $1.75 per load of laundry, wash $1.00 dry $0.75. You have your own mailbox located on the upper parking lot level . You will receive two apartment keys, one laundry room key and one mail box key. The sub lease is a one time fee of $250 dollars, the $500 deposit fee is payed.
