Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit. ________________________________________ 9. PET POLICY Cats are allowed. Tenant is fully responsible for any pet-related damage, odors, or pest issues. No dogs or other animals are permitted without written approval. ________________________________________ 10. MAINTENANCE & UPKEEP Tenant must keep the property clean and sanitary and report maintenance issues in a timely manner. ________________________________________ 11. NOISE & NUISANCE Tenant shall not disturb neighbors or engage in excessive noise or nuisance behavior. ________________________________________ 17.
