Unit has its own dishwasher, refrigerator, TV, queen bed, couch, A/C unit and storage closet. Washer/Dryer is NOT included with the ADU. Room is fully furnished. We are looking for SINGLE TENANT ONLY. No late night party or loud music etc. Guests are allowed but no overnight stays. NO pets allowed. We prefer month to month or up to 3-6 month leases. About us: We are 2 adults and 2 kids (10 & 14) that occupy the main house. Renter will pay additional $250 for utilities that include water, gas, electricity and high speed WIFI. SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY. No smoking inside the property. Plenty of street parking is available around the house. NO pets allowed. Tenant will be responsible for any damages.
