Wonderful home in SW MI wine country It's a 1987 14 x 66 in great condition located in Baroda Estates, a great community. Nice neighbors, attentive management and LOW lot rent that includes water and sewer. Base lot rent is $300. Central AC. Vaulted ceiling in living room, kitchen/dining area and the master bedroom. Large master bedroom with huge closet. Only 1 bathroom, but it too is large. The 2nd bedroom is small, but big enough for a queen size bed. The galley kitchen has lots of cupboards, good amount of counter space and a large pantry. The entry way has a coat closet. Big shed and a large yard. And it's all in great condition. Needs nothing/move in ready. Will come with the range and refrigerator. There is no laundry hook up. However the large closet at the end of the hallway would be a good spot for it. There are 2 laundromats close by. Nice patio area and off-street parking. The park is great. Clean and quiet. They are really good at keeping the snow plowed in the winter. Great location too. Walk to 2 restaurants, 3 wine tasting rooms and the village park. And if you are not familiar with the area, wine country. And beer too. At least 6 wineries within a 10 or 15 minute drive. Again beer too. The hills filled with grape vines have a few plots here and there of hops. Round Barn Public House is right down the street. And about a 5 minute drive will get you to Lemon Creek winery for their award winning wines. And all the wonderful farm stands. Weko beach, the dunes and beach at Grand Mere and Lincoln Township beach are all about a 12 minute drive. Downtown St. Joseph is about 20 minutes. It would be a wonderful weekend get-away. I will miss living there.
