Surrounded by attractive small and middle sized cabins in the area that rent on a nightly basis for over $10,000 a month when this cabin rents on a monthly basis for $1950 a month. The atmosphere next to the river is very soothing where turkeys run wild and you can dip your feet in the river feet away from the cabin. Has a shed to put stuff in. Can sleep a maximum of 2. Must have a 4 wheel drive vehicle when the beauty of snow falls in Sundance. PS number 4: Small quiet dogs and cats sign up fees are $600. Large dog sign up fees are $1,000.
