I'm excited to be renting this 3+2 house, with a yard. All pets are welcome. (Not zoned for horses). My house is nestled underneath beautiful oak trees, and is near the Ventura River Preserve. At night, the stars are so bright, and the sounds of the stream can be heard in the background. This is a great neighborhood. Perfect for kids. Close to the bike trail. Very family friendly. The house is 1300 square feet and was recently remodeled, meaning all new appliances for the tenant, new carpet in two of the bedrooms, and two new bathrooms. The kitchen has tons of storage space, with cabinets lining every wall. The beautiful garden window brings in lots of light and looks out over the Bougainvillea tree. The kitchen island is perfect for the family, either for meal time, homework, or playing games. There's plenty of counter space for the chiefs out there. The main bathroom was just remodeled to add a rain shower and jacuzzi tub. It's quickly becoming my favorite room in the house. There's three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a bathroom attached, and provides great views of the oak trees and the largest closet in the house. Vinyl windows throughout. I'm installing a new AC and heating system this month. I will be living on the backside of the property for roughly a quarter time. It's completely separated with a fence in between. I also live in San Diego and will be traveling between the two properties. The yard is spacious, and fully fenced in (brand new vinyl fence). There's a covered patio out back, great for BBQs and relaxing. I'll be upgrading the entire landscape next March and will be offering a discount for the 6 weeks it will take to install. Happy to show you pictures of what the upgraded yard will look like. This is a great family home. The tile floors keep it cool on the summer, and are durable for all kinds of wear and tear. The skylight brings in tons of light. The neighborhood is amazing. Rent includes utilities (water, sewer, gas, electric, and trash). I'll be screening all applicants through this app. I'm looking for the first month and the deposit to secure the space. Lease options and move in dates are flexible.
