The house comes with a Kinetico R/O and water softener system. There is also a HE washer/dryer set that is included with the rental. Neighborhood Description For now it is very quiet and clean. Our house is farther north so we don't hear the train as oftern as the rest of the neighborhood does to the south of us. It is about 10 miles from town but we are still considered living in the city. We have city water and trash and the city police are the first reponders not the county sheriff. We also live next to Arizona Western College. They just built a Wal-Mart to the South of us about 4 miles away and they have a little small grocery strore to the west of us about 2 or 3 miles away. Our sub-divison is only a few blocks away from all the schools listed below.
