Well, besides being less than a 100 yard walk from one of the best beaches in America, you can vacation in the sunny Florida Panhandle and also profit from a nice rental income during the high summer season and in the winter when the folks who don't want to shovel snow, head south.We've owned Unit 117 for a long time, but now we're downsizing so we've decided to sell.Last summer we did not know we were going to sell, so we went all out on the renovations.
