This is a unique space, that will work for a unique tenant. There are some things to consider when considering if this space is right for you. * All bills are included (Water, Trash, Internet, and Electric) * The lease is month to month, you are free to leave when you no longer have need for the space. * I will not raise the rent at any time, you can count on the rent being what it is. * Overnight guests are not permitted. The room is for a single occupant only. * We share a wall. We CAN hear each other's noise. I can hear when your tv is on and when you sneeze loud, you can hear when I play music or run the blender. Not crisply, but it can be heard. I also have a dog that barks occasionally. I am not noisy or annoying and my dog is quiet most of the time. But we are here and we do produce sound, not excessively, but certainly. * The room does NOT come with access to central air, a stove, oven, or a washer and dryer. It does comes with a microwave, small fridge, freestanding heating and cooling unit, and information on the laundry mat I use that is half price before 2 o'clock. * A deposit of $600 is needed, fully refundable upon move out. * There is no application fee or any other hidden fee.
