This house is very cute and cozy. Well decorated, clean, and you will feel like you're at home when you're here. You will be 5 minutes from legendary Gruene Hall and downtown New Braunfels nightlife. Just a short drive to river road where you can float the Guadalupe river or the Comal river downtown. Come stay in my slice of hill country heaven. Minimum 6 month lease. Renter is responsible for utilities and internet. No pets, no smoking, no heavy wall hangings. Owner will provide monthly maid service. Rent due to the landlord on or by the 1st of the month. Late fee of $75 per day will be charged if rent not paid by the 10th of the month. No illegal activity or drug use. Owner will provide maintenance and repairs for dish washer/AC issues, etc. Move-out notices must be provided 60 days prior to lease renewal date.
