The building has six apartments. It is a farmhouse that has been converted into apartments. I am breaking my lease because I'm about to buy a house and am helping out to find a new tenant. The management company has it listed as a 1 bedroom but it's more of a loft/studio type apartment. It is small but very cozy as HEAT is included. The rent for one person is $725.00 and I think $795 for 2. To be able to move in you would need to have 1st months rent and a security deposit (1.5 rent or $1087.50-for 1 person). *I AM WILLING TO PAY FOR PART OF NOVEMBERS RENT.
