There is a large outdoor gym and full weigh set; smoker and bbq, again a large kitchen and two large living rooms. It's a 12 min walk to west oakland Bart and a 6 min ride into SF. The roommates are professionals and respectful adults, no smoking and light drinking if any at all. All parties respect each other and are quite and active outdoors people. West Oakland minor league baseball team the "Ballers" is a five min walk from the house. In the summer you have the west oakland farmers market and night market. One block away you have a cafe and eatery, "10th and wood". Kewl Bird is Michelin star fried chicken sandwich, restaurant five minutes from the house. There's a wine bar three minute walk from the house around the corner. There is a lot going on. It's a safe vibrant community. Great neighbors.
