The apartment is built facing the woods, where peace and quiet and greenspace are the best qualities. The apartment is small but well done and has four rooms. A kitchen that has an eat-in counter open to the sitting area that would be called the living room, which has a walkway to the bedroom which is 12' x 12' and has two closets that sit symmetrically on both sides of the entrance to the bathroom. The bathroom includes crown molding, and a shower unit, vanity, and toilet. Two flat-screen mounts are included for placement of your TV's. An attached 16'x32' foot garage with storage shelves and garage door opener is available for an additional $150 per month. A $500 non-refundable pet fee is charged for pets. There is no monthly charge for pets and it is a one time fee and covers up to two dogs and one cat. We can provide furniture for someone here on an extended stay. A perfect compliment would be Queen bed or smaller, dresser, comfortable chair, love seat, 3-4 bar stools, and cocktail table and two flat-screen TVs.
