    Beautifully remodeled three bedroom, one bathroom single-family home. Located in Troy Illinois but 11 miles away from Scott Air Force Base. Please understand that a civil and criminal background check will be completed on all adult occupants at the cost of the applicant. I have a four person maximum but would prefer less occupants. There is an older living room area with a bar along with a laundry room. There is a washer and gas dryer that will stay but feel free to bring your own. There is a new deck just built that is right off the back patio. New siding and windows were installed as well. The home has a very large concrete driveway and two car attached garage. The garage is being remodeled and will look brand new. The back yard has a large shed/garage that has tons of room. The home had a well for water but I am connecting to city water within a week. The home sits on a large lot and is in a private setting. Chickens are welcome. Please consider viewing this property on Google maps in order to see the surrounding area which includes a vacant lot next-door surrounded by farm fields and a train track approximately 250-300 feet behind the home. I have lived in the area for 20 years and not once has it ever crossed my mind to move because of the train. None of the neighbors around have ever considered the train an issue. If you like privacy and country living, you would love this home. Not having neighbors surrounding the home is a huge plus in my book. The property is less than five minutes from downtown Troy. Landlord will provide lawn service which is a huge benefit since the yard is big . Triad schools. The Highland Walmart is a quick easy drive from this home. Only top notch applicants with excellent record should apply. The renter is responsible for all utilities
