Our property sits nestled in the forest on top of Bonny Doon. Quiet and secluded it has a small back yard, privet parking on the side and a privet deck. Pets are allowed (but must be approved prior). Amenities include a gas fire place, full kitchen, w/ a refrigerator, microwave, washer and drier. In addition, this unit comes with its own generator and LP tank. The Front room & kitchen has 4 skylights and roof was replaced in 2024. We are on a well and water is Free! Expect frequent wild visitors including tons of deer, wild turkeys and loads of local birds. Due to our septic system we can allow no more than 2.5 occupants. Owner lives on site so any issues that may come up will be dealt with expeditiously. Optional: All furniture seen in the walk through is included at no additional charge. In addition, there are a full set of pots, pans, silverware, cook ware, cups and plates.
