Well maintained, attractive and spacious. It is an open layout. The neighborhood is quiet. The yard is attractive and well kept; plenty of beautiful flowers. I have an irrigation system. Recently I installed windows and tankless water heater. The TVA efficiency rating is 9 out of 10. I was told the rating wasn’t a 10 because I still use some of the old-fashioned light bulbs. I have had major appliances and HVAC upgrade and checked annually. The HVACs have surge protectors for safety if there is an outage. New toilets were installed in 2019. The master shower is handicapped accessible. The entries to the house also have low thresholds for easy accessibility. The patio is larger than most and covered. There has an extra large storage room that would make an excellent workshop. It has a gas line run into it. Therefore, heat can be easily added. The gas line continues to the patio for a gas grill hook up instead of the need for a propane gas grill. This house and property have been well-kept; thus it is in excellent condition. Crown molding is throughout the house and the ceilings are smooth rather than popcorn. The fence was installed in approximately 2013. There are so many +’s to this house, there re too many to mention.
