The first stop on the J/M train in Manhattan is Delancey Street, where you can transfer to the F train and or take the M train uptown- The next stop on the J or M train is Bowery-Nolita/Chinatown stop and the next is Canal Street, where you can transfer to the N, R, Q, W, and 6 trains. After that the train continues to Chambers Street, Fulton Street, then Broad Street. You basically have every uptown train you need off the J train to transfer, which is quite convenient. The average commute from the building to Midtown is 30 minutes. The loft is on the 3rd floor as mentioned and excellent sunlight exposure with 3 windows never a shortage of sunlight within the space.
