This will be enforceable by the lease. Dog must be pre approved by owner. The floor plan is a series of arches defining rooms and areas with ceramic tile everywhere except for the carpeted bedrooms. The kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, stove and French door refrigerator with ice and water in the door. The counters are granite and the cabinets are oversized. The kitchen is centrally located with a long bar facing the living room that seats up to 5 stools, and a two sided bar with 4 stools facing each other. The kitchen also includes a drop down ironing board. The living room and dining area are open to each other only separated by an arch. The dining area connects to a rear patio and yard with raised planter beds that can be used for a garden. Rear yard has Plum, Orange and Pear trees. The main bedroom is HUGE with a large closet. The second bedroom is partitioned by a glass wall with dual glass barn doors and curtain for privacy. It has a dedicated vanity sink and medicine cabinet in the corner next to the closet. There is an open office with space for two desks. In the picture it shows current use as a guest room. The bathroom has an oversized triple mirror medicine cabinet, additional cabinets al the way to ceiling and a huge sink on a granite counter. The shower is a one piece unit, easy to clean, with built in shelves and seats. There is a free laundry room in the building. This unit includes a 2 car garage with upper hanging shelves and an additional small storage room where the water heater is located. There is also room for an additional car outside in front of the garage. Terms are 6 or 12 month, renewable. Rent is $3300 plus water, gas and electric.
