Parking & Snow Emergency Policy Tenant(s) must remove all vehicles from the parking area prior to or during a snow storm to allow for plowing and safe snow removal. Failure to move vehicles will result in any associated towing or plowing obstruction costs being charged to the tenant. Landlord or property management will provide notice of snow removal schedule when possible, but tenant is responsible for monitoring weather conditions and acting accordingly. No Pets This is a strictly no-pet property. No animals of any kind are permitted on the premises at any time. Violation of this policy is grounds for immediate lease termination. No Smoking This is a 100% non-smoking property. Smoking of any substance including cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, and vaping products is strictly prohibited inside the home and on all four screened porches. Any evidence of smoking inside the home will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and the tenant will be held liable for all professional remediation and odor removal costs. Occupancy Only individuals listed on the signed lease agreement are permitted to occupy the property. Guests staying longer than 14 consecutive days must be disclosed to and approved by the landlord in writing. Renters Insurance Tenant is required to carry active renters insurance for the duration of the lease. The landlord's property insurance does not cover tenant's personal belongings, vehicles, or liability.
