    We have been renting this house that we LOVE, but we need to break our lease due to a move. So we are looking for interested people who can move in and sign a new 1 year lease with the landlord. This is a 3BR/2.5BA DETACHED home in The Colony in Aliso Viejo, right next to the beautiful Wood Canyon. As you can see from the photos the house is bright and clean and updated, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. It comes with the refrigerator, washer, and dryer. There is a 2-car large garage (lots of storage space), a nice small yard in the back and a courtyard in the front. You will love the soaring ceilings in the great room downstairs! It has air-conditioning, a nest thermostat, ring doorbell, large walk-in closet, plantation shutters, beautiful paint (btw--the bedroom is no longer pink as shown in the photo), and is in great Aliso Viejo location that is convenient to the beach and the freeways. We will be vacating the house by November 6, so your move-in date can be any time after that. Please reach out for more info if you would like to take a look. All applications (including inquiries about pets) and deposits will go through the property manger on behalf of the landlord. We are just helping out right now because we need to break the lease.
