This is my primary residence and I am looking to travel a bit more and interested in renting it completely furnished for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 1 year. This is a 100 year old craftsman bungalow in historical W. Asheville - a vibrant community with a multitude of restaurants, breweries and shops all within walking distance of my home. It is a quick 5 minute drive to downtown Asheville and the River Arts District, where I have a studio. To the original bungalow I have added a Master Suite which opens out to the back deck. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living room, dining room, an art/office room and a front porch as well as a back deck. All utilities as well as wi-fi are included in the rental fee. There is no smoking allowed in the home. One, small dog is allowed, but please pick up after your pet and place pet waste in the outdoor garbage receptacle. You are renting the house completely furnished. Most of the small personal property will be removed for your rental time, but all else remains. The fireplace is not functional. There is a fire pit out back that you may use. The security deposit will be returned after inspection of the property by my property manager within 4 days of your departure. Rent for the 1st month is due upon signing the lease. Rent for the following months is due on the 1st of the month. A simple lease will be prepared for us to clarify our agreement. Please understand that I need at least 3-4 weeks from our signed lease agreement to prepare my exit and house for you. I cannot do it in less. Lawn and garden will be maintained for you.
