I am looking for a male or female roommate (preferably female due to space, but all welcome), because my roommate is leaving Canada in Jan 2025.The location is walking distance from the condo to College station, Dundas station and Eaton Centre. The building has outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and the gym.You will be living in a furnished den with a proper door, and you will have your own washroom but no bath. Bathroom has to share, and Wi-Fi is included. Unfortunately utilities are not included, you will have to pay around 35 - 45 dollars per person depending how much we use. I am seeking a professional or student roommate, and you have to be chill with no drama. And I am a chill person so I hope you are too, also you have to keep the space clean. This is a space where you can be comfortable and relax after school or work.
